Simon Rimmer served up a delicious milk cake with ricotta , rose water and pistachios on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 500g ricotta, drained, 230g milk powder, 1 teaspoon ground cardamom, 2 teaspoon rose water and 50ml ghee or clarified butter.
For the syrup: 100g sugar, 150ml water, 1 tablespoon rose water, 50g chopped pistachios and Garnish with 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios and dried rose petals.
