Dipna Anand Kari chicken curry with peppers and dried fenugreek recipes on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

Dipna Anand served up a tasty murgh kari chicken curry with peppers, dried fenugreek and fresh coriander on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients include: Vegetable oil, 2 tsp cumin seeds, tsp coriander seeds, finely chopped white onions, ginger and garlic in equal measures, chopped green chillies, blended tomatoes ( tinned or fresh), tsp red chilli powder, ground coriander powder, 5 cubes butter, chopped chicken breasts or thighs, mixed red, green and yellow peppers, red onion (optional), crushed dried fenugreek, fresh coriander and tsp garam masala.
