James Martin Salmon Teriyaki with Tempura Prawns and Stir Fried Chilli Broccolini recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up tasty Salmon Teriyaki with Tempura Prawns and Stir Fried Chilli Broccolini on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x 150g salmon and 2 tbsp koji.

For the teriyaki: 100ml mirin, 100ml sake and 25ml soy.

For the tempura: 6 raw prawns, shell removed, 100g gluten free self raising flour and 125ml cider.

For the stir fry: 6 broccolini, Splash of vegetable oil and 1 tbsp, plus extra to serve, crispy shallot, garlic, chilli oil or alternatively garlic chilli dressing.

To serve: Micro coriander and Red amaranth.
