Si and Dave’s four seasons summer pudding with plums, berries and gin recipe on The Hairy Bikers Go Local

Simon King and Dave Myers served up a delicious four seasons summer pudding with plums, berries and gin on The Hairy Bikers Go Local.

The ingredients are: 500g mixture plums, greengages and damsons, halved, stones removed, 200g caster sugar, 100ml sloe gin, damson gin or plum liqueur, 500g mixture blackcurrants, blackberries and raspberries, any stalks removed, vegetable oil, for greasing (optional) and 1 large white sandwich loaf.

To serve: fresh berries and clotted cream or pouring cream.
