Simon King and Dave Myers served up a tasty Kedgeree with hot and cold smoked salmon and a Cucumber, dill and mustard sauce on The Hairy Bikers Go Local.

The ingredients for the sauce are: 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp cider vinegar, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill, ½ cucumber, finely chopped.
