Dr Amir Khan served up a tasty Immune System Boosting Cauliflower and Potato Curry on Lorraine.

The ingredients are: 4 tbsp olive oil , 1 white onion, chopped, 3 tomatoes, chopped, 2 garlic cloves crushed , 1 tsp ginger powder , 1 tsp chilli powder , ½ tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin seeds , ½ tsp black onion seeds , 1 cauliflower, chopped into small florets, or frozen florets will do and 5 new/baby potatoes, chopped into medium chunks.
