James Martin koji steak with miso roscoff onions, teriyaki sauce and wild rice recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty koji steak with miso roscoff onions, teriyaki sauce and wild rice on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: Cooked roscoffs in skins, halved, Miso, to brush, Soy sauce, to brush, Handful of shiitakes and chanterelles and Vegetable oil.

For the steak: 2 x 200g sirloin steaks and 4 tbsp koji.

For the teriyaki: 100ml mirin, 100ml sake and 25ml soy sauce.

To serve: Handful of crispy fried wild rice and Small bunch watercress.
