Marcus Wareing served up a tasty steamed sea bream fillet with Asian-style broth and sticky rice for a skills test on Masterchef: The Professionals.

The ingredients include: Fish stock, light soy sauce, star anise, lime, red chilli, fresh ginger, lemongrass, spring onions, coriander, Bok choy, enoki mushrooms and sesame oil.
