John Whaite sausage traybake with honey and mustard dressing recipe on Steph’s Packed Lunch

John Whaite served up a tasty sausage traybake with honey and mustard dressing on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 12 sausages, 2tbsp sunflower oil, 1 red onion, peeled and sliced into 8 wedges, 1 brown onion, peeled and sliced into 8 wedges, 400g new potatoes, unpeeled and halved, 200g chestnut mushrooms, halved, A few sprigs fresh thyme and 200ml chicken stock.

For the honey and mustard dressing: 3tbsp English mustard, 3tbsp runny honey, 3tbsp apple cider vinegar, 3tbsp extra virgin olive oil, Sea salt flakes and Ground pepper.
