Loyle Carner chicken wings with Korean sauce and buffalo sauce recipe on Saturday Kitchen

Loyle Carner served up tasty oven baked chicken wings with a Korean sauce and buffalo sauce on Saturday Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 1kg/2lb 4oz chicken wings, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp corn flour and 2 tsp flaky salt.

For the Korean sauce: 85g gochujang paste, 3 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp mirin, 2 tbsp dark soy sauce, 2 tbsp honey, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 4 cloves garlic, grated and 1½ tbsp rice wine vinegar.

For the buffalo sauce: 25g unsalted butter, 1 clove garlic, minced and 30ml hot sauce.

To serve: 2 spring onions, chopped and 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
