Jon Rotheram chilli beef salad with ginger and soy sauce recipe on Lorraine

Jon Rotheram serves up a healthy, tasty and light chilli beef salad, packed with nutritional bean sprouts, beef ginger and soy sauce on today’s Lorraine show.

The ingredients are: 2 flank steaks, 3 tbsp light soy sauce, 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp chilli sauce (Sriracha sauce), 2 tbsp ginger, 1 clove garlic, grated2 spring onions, 1 cucumber, peeled, deseeded and diced, ¼ of one watermelon, peeled, deseeded and diced, Juice of 1 lime, 10g mint, 10g coriander, 1 carrot, sliced thinly on a mandoline and Bean sprouts.
