Mary Berry chicken, spinach and mushroom lasagne with tomato and herb sauce recipe on Mary Berry: Cook and Share.

The ingredients are: 6 sheets of fresh lasagne and 150g Cheddar, grated.

For the chicken, mushroom and spinach mixture: 2 tbsp olive oil, 500g skinless and boneless chicken thighs, diced, ½ red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped, 2 large garlic cloves, crushed, 200g button mushrooms, sliced, 200g baby spinach, 2 tsp cornflour and 200g creme fraîche.

For the tomato and herb sauce: 1 tbsp chopped flat-leaf parsley, 1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes, 2 tbsp sun-dried tomato paste and 1 tbsp chopped thyme leaves.
