Donal Skehan raspberry with white chocolate and ricotta cake recipe on This Morning

Donal Skehan served up a delicious raspberry with white chocolate and ricotta cheese cake on This Morning.

The ingredients are: 200g self raising flour , 1 tsp baking powder , 200g caster sugar, Pinch of salt, 250g ricotta , 4 large free range eggs, 125g butter, melted , 250g raspberries and 200g white chocolate, roughly chopped.

For the topping: 150g white chocolate, 125ml double cream , ½ vanilla pod, split and seeds scraped, 125g creme fraiche and Strawberries, halved, to decorate.
