Jamie Oliver served up a tasty salmon and prawn pie with filo pastry, tomatoes and couscous on Jamie’s One-Pan Wonders.
The ingredients are: olive oil, 1 x 270g pack of filo pastry, smoked paprika, 100 g couscous, 800 g ripe mixed-colour tomatoes, 2 x 130g salmon fillets, skin off, pin-boned , from sustainable sources, 165 g raw peeled king prawns , from sustainable sources, 2 lemons and 1 bunch of dill (20g).

Made this tonight. Does not need the couscous which is chewy even when cooked. Pointless addition
I loved the idea of this and would try but I have an intolerance to tomatoes – what could I use instead
All I wanted was a recipe and cooking guide for salmon and prawn pie. Not a £14 book.
