Jeremy Pang served up tasty Drunken Prawns with whiskey on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.
The ingredients are: 12-15 shell on head on whole prawns, 2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped, 2 Spring onions, finely sliced into matchsticks and 1-2 tbsp Vegetable oil for searing.
For the marinade: 1 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce and 5-6 tbsp whisky.
For the dressing: 2 tbsp Premium Light Soy Sauce, 1tsp Soft brown Sugar and 4-5 tbsp whisky.
