Jeremy Pang Black Bean Whole Fish⁠⁠ recipe on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen

Jeremy Pang served up Black Bean Whole Fish on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 1 whole fish, 100g cornflour (corn starch), Generous pinch sea salt & cracked black pepper, 12 thin slices ginger, 1 spring onion, finely sliced and left in ice cold water to curl up and 1 large red chilli, finely sliced and left in ice cold water to curl up.

For the Black Bean Oil: 3 Tbsp Black Bean Garlic Sauce, 2 spring onions, finely chopped and 6-8 Tbsp hot oil.

For the sauce: The remaining black bean garlic sauce (from the oil), ½ Tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce, 1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce and 1 tsp sugar.
