Jeremy Pang served up tasty vegetarian Singapore noodles on Jeremy Pang’s Asian Kitchen.
The ingredients include: white onion, red pepper, beansprouts, spring onions, dried rice vermicelli noodles, egg and oil for frying.
For the soy curry paste: 2 tsp medium curry powder, ½ tsp hot chilli powder, to taste, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, ½ tsp dark soy sauce and ½ tsp sesame oil.
