Shivi Ramoutar served up a tasty chicken curry that cane be made in a hurry on This Morning.
The ingredients are: 1 portion Base Curry Sauce – see below, 400g frozen chicken strips, 1 mug frozen vegetables (or you can use 1 x 400g tin chickpeas), 1 cube chopped coriander, 1 cube chopped chillies and 300g basmati rice (*if freezing rice you must cool this down as quickly as possible after cooking and freeze immediately.)
For the base curry sauce: 2 large glugs vegetable oil, 2 onions, finely chopped, 3 garlic cloves, crushed, 3 heaped tbsp curry powder, 3 tbsp garam masala, 2 tbsp ground cumin, 2 x 400g tins chopped tomato and 2 x 400g tins coconut milk.
