Simon Rimmer Chicken Spring Rolls with Dipping sauce recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty Chicken Spring Rolls with a Dipping sauce on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 250g minced chicken, Tbsp soy, Tbsp rice vinegar, 25mm piece grated ginger, Clove grated garlic, 2 finely chopped spring onions, 1 grated carrot, Tsp cornflour, Tsp chilli flakes, 20-25 spring roll pastry wrappers, 5 inch squares and Tsp cornflour, mixed with water.

For the dipping sauce: 200ml sriracha, Tbsp soy and Juice 1 lime.
