Simon Rimmer served up a classic spaghetti carbonara on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 300g spaghetti (dried not fresh), 200g smoked pancetta lardons, 2 eggs and 2 yolks, beaten, 100ml extra virgin olive oil, 125g finely grated parmesan, 1 tbsp chopped parsley and Grated extra parmesan shavings to serve.
