Simon Rimmer served up tasty breakfast muffins with smoked bacon and boiled eggs on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled, 250g smoked bacon lardons, cooked, 400g flour, 2tsp baking powder, Half tsp bicarb, 90ml veg oil, 2 tubs of 283ml (566ml) buttermilk, 6 chopped spring onions and 175g grated mature cheddar.
