Juliet Sear perfect pavlova with berries, lemon and cream recipe on This Morning

Juliet Sear served up a delicious pavlova with berries, lemon and cream on This Morning.

The ingredients for the meringue are: 4 x egg whites at room temperature, 200g white caster sugar, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp white vinegar or lemon juice and 2 tsp cornflour.

For the topping: 350g double cream, Heaped tbsp icing sugar, 2 tsp vanilla extract and Mixed fruits or berries of your choice.
