Simon Rimmer baked Bakewell pudding recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up a delicious baked Bakewell pudding on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 275g butter, 125g sugar, 225g ground almonds, 60g flour, 4 eggs, Finely grated zest 1 lemon, 2 x tin black cherries in syrup, 100g cherry jam and 60g flaked almonds.

Icing sugar and custard to serve.
