Simon Rimmer served up a delicious millionaires chocolate tart on Sunday Brunch.
The ingredients are: 275g crushed shortbread and 100g melted butter.
For the caramel: 200g butter, 1 397g can condensed milk, 100g golden syrup, 1 tsp sea salt crystals, 200ml double cream, 200g milk chocolate, 20g butter, 25g sugar and Dash vanilla essence.
