Mary Berry red pepper, cheese and chive tartlets recipe on Mary Berry’s Fantastic Feasts

Mary Berry showed Mark, Callum and Thaer how to make tasty golden red pepper, cheese and chive tartlets using her recipe on Mary Berry’s Fantastic Feasts.

The ingredients for the cheese pastry are: 175g plain flour, plus extra for dusting, 100g cold butter, cubed, 50g Parmesan, grated, ¼ tsp paprika and 1 free-range egg, beaten.

For the filling: 175g jar chargrilled red peppers in oil, drained and chopped, 1 large garlic clove, crushed, 1½ tbsp sundried tomato paste, 175g mature cheddar, grated, 2 large free-range eggs, 200ml double cream, 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives, 24 cherry tomatoes, each cut into three, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
