Paul Ainsworth Tuscan pressure pot broth recipe on Simply Raymond Blanc

Paul Ainsworth served up a tasty Tuscan style pressure pot broth on Simply Raymond Blanc.

The ingredients include: Bacon, oil for frying, leek, carrot, spring greens, celery, red onion, salt, thyme, rosemary, 7 garlic cloves, swede, pasta, tomatoes, stock, white beans, pumpkin, parsley, basil and white pepper.

To serve: basil pesto, Parmesan cheese, lemon zest and olive oil.
