Prue Leith chocolate fondant puddings recipe on The Great British Bake Off

Prue Leith showcased her delicious chocolate fondant puddings with a white chocolate filling on The Great British Bake Off SU2C.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp cocoa powder, for dusting, 110g 70% dark chocolate, broken into pieces, 110g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing, 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks, 55g caster sugar, 2 tbsp plain flour and 4 white chocolate truffles.
