James Martin beef Wellington with pancakes and Madeira sauce recipe on James Martin’s Saturday Morning

James Martin served up a tasty beef Wellington with pancakes and Madeira sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients are: 2 x packs puff pastry ready rolled, 2 egg yolks and 600g beef centre cut, fillet beef.

for the pancakes: 100g plain flour, 2 eggs, 300ml milk, Vegetable oil for frying, 100g chicken liver pate, 400g chestnut mushrooms, 100g spinach and 25g butter.

For the sauce: 500ml beef stock, 100ml Madeira, 15g butter and 25ml red wine.
