Prue Leith showcased her delicious maple and pecan madeleines with white and dark chocolate for the first technical challenge on The Great Celebrity Bake Off for SU2C 2022.
The ingredients are: 100g pecans, 100g unsalted butter, 5 drops maple extract, 100g caster sugar, 2 eggs, 100g plain flour, sifted and ½ tsp baking powder.
To decorate: 100g 54% dark chocolate, broken into small pieces and 50g white chocolate, broken into small pieces.
