Raymond Blanc served up a tasty red lentil and cauliflower dahl on Simply Raymond Blanc.
The ingredients include: Cauliflower, celery, fennel, carrots, red onions, butter, salt, ginger, cayenne pepper, curry leaves, garlic, boiling water, lime juice, red lentils and curry paste.
To serve: Natural yoghurt, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, onion seeds and fresh coriander.
