Michel Roux Jr. served up tasty barbecue fish (sea bream) with fennel and asparagus on Michel Roux’s French Country Cooking.

The ingredients include: Sea bream, salt, bay leaves, fennel , lemon and asparagus.

For the sauce: cooked potatoes, egg yolks, garlic, chillies, saffron, anchovies, lemon juice, tomato paste, olive oil.
