Raymond Blanc served up a tasty Swiss chard gratin on Simply Raymond Blanc.
The ingredients include: rainbow Swiss chard, 10g butter, water, salt and black pepper, Yorkshire ham, Comte cheese or cheddar and breadcrumbs, optional.
For the béchamel sauce: 20g butter, flour, milk, salt, black pepper, nutmeg and 1 tbsp mustard.
