Bosh’s hummus pasta with spaghetti, chickpeas and tahini recipe Step’s Packed Lunch

The boys from Bosh served a tasty hummus pasta with spaghetti, chickpeas and tahini Step’s Packed Lunch.

The ingredients are: 400g spaghetti or linguine.

For the hummus: 400g/ 1 tin chickpeas, drained, 1 garlic clove, peeled, 3tbsp tahini, 60ml olive oil, Salt and black pepper, 1 lemon, halved and 50ml water.

For the sauce: 10 sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced, plus 2tsp oil from the jar, 1 medium red onion, peeled and finely sliced and 1 garlic clove, peeled and grated.

To serve: Simple green salad (we like rocket) and 10g fresh basil leaves.
