Phil Vickery steak with chimichurri and bearnaise sauce masterclass on This Morning

Phil Vickery served up a tasty steak with chimichurri sauce and a bearnaise sauce for a steak masterclass on This Morning.

The ingredients for the steak are: 250g Ribeye steak , Oil, Salt, Pepper and Cornflour.

For the bearnaise sauce: 10 crushed white peppercorns, 2 small shallots, very finely chopped, 4 x 6cm sprigs of tarragon, leaves removed, 100 mls tarragon vinegar, 50ml dry white wine or water, 175g unsalted butter, 5 egg yolks, Lemon juice, Salt and Grounds pepper.

For the chimichurri sauce: 8 cloves garlic, peeled, 1 tbsp fresh green chilli chopped, 6 tbsp fresh coriander, 4 tbsp fresh parsley, 1 tbsp fresh oregano, 6 tbsp white wine vinegar, 8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, Salt, Pepper and Sugar.
