Raymond Blanc served up delicious simple chocolate truffles with whipping cream raspberries and pistachios on Simply Raymond Blanc.
The ingredients are: 300g dark chocolate (about 70% cocoa solids), 300ml whipping cream or double cream, 35g runny honey and 60g unsalted butter, room temperature and diced into small pieces.
To coat: 125g cocoa powder, Finely chopped pistachios, Toasted and chopped almonds, Desiccated coconut and Crushed dried raspberries.

I watched the TV programme (several times) and I didn’t see any honey being added!
