Matt Tebbutt served up tasty Creamy Butter Bean Hummus with Roasted Broccoli and Tahini Dressing on Go Veggie and Vegan.
The ingredients are: 1 pack tender stem broccoli, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, 200g butterbeans, drained, 1 tbsp Ras el Hanout, 600g butter beans (drained), pinch of sea salt, 1 large lemon juiced, 2 cloves garlic, minced, 50ml olive oil, 125g tahini, 50ml oat cream, pepper to taste, 1 clove garlic, 50g tahini, 1 lemon juice , 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp maple syrup, 100g oat yogurt, salt, pepper, 1 pomegranate, seeds only, 15g mint, 15g dill and 50g peeled pistachios.
