Matt Tebbutt Squash and Black Beans Tacos recipe on Go Veggie and Vegan

Matt Tebbutt served up tasty Squash and Black Beans Tacos on Go Veggie and Vegan.

The ingredients are: 1 butternut squash, 1 tbsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp chipotle dried chilli, 1 tbsp dried sage, 1 tin black beans, vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste, 2 large red chillies, 1 birds eye chilli, 1 beef tomato, diced, 100g cherry tomatoes, diced, 1 tbsp chilli flakes, 1 tbsp coriander, finely chopped, 1 lime, 2 ripe avocados, 2 limes, Garlic, mashed, coriander, paprika, salt and pepper to taste, 8 – 10 small soft corn tacos, 100g yogurt, 60g crispy onion, handful of radish, chopped, coriander and 100g feta, crumbled.
