Matt Tebbutt served up tasty Chilli Oil, Fried Egg and Ramen Noodles on Go Veggie and Vegan.
The ingredients for the Chilli Oil: 25g Sichuan pepper flakes , 25g chilli flakes, 1 tsp hot chilli powder, 1 tsp five spice powder, 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced, 1 thumb ginger, thinly sliced and 225ml vegetable Oil.
For the Fried Egg: 2 tbsp chilli oil, 2 eggs and sesame seeds.
For the Ramen: 500ml vegetable stock, 1tbsp Miso paste, 150g cooked noodles, sesame oil, 100g pak choi, 50g mangetout or French beans, sliced, 1 spring onion, sliced and small handful of coriander leaves.
