Matt Tebbutt served up a delicious hazelnut and chocolate ice cream sandwich on Go Veggie and Vegan.
The ingredients are: 1 370g can vegan condensed milk, 600ml oat-based whipping plant based double cream, vanilla extract, 2 vegan white choc cream wafer bars, 150g plain flour, 120g soft brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 80ml oat milk, 70g coconut oil, softened, 50g chopped vegan salted caramel chocolate, 50g chopped vegan milk chocolate, pinch sea salt, 100g vegan milk chocolate and 50g hazelnuts, chopped.

Just turned tv on and caught sight of your vegan/veggie cookery programme on channel5 , 27/1/22 and did not catch it from the beginning,but caught you making Welsh rarebit half way through so I missed what one is supposed to do,
so I googled your name and ingredients came up but no method, and it looked absolutely delicious, could you tell me please how I can get the recipe / method for your Welsh rarebit, I have never set eyes on you before, so will be watching you from now on, and if I do manage to get hold of ingredients/method for your Welsh rarebit, I do so hope it turns out as good as yours is.
