Matt Tebbutt sweet potato churros with chocolate orange dipping sauce recipe on Go Veggie and Vegan

Matt Tebbutt served up delicious baked sweet potato churros with chocolate orange dipping sauce on Go Veggie and Vegan.

The ingredients are: 100g butter, 120ml water, 180g plain flour, 3 whole eggs, 125g small, sweet potato (cooked), 150g caster sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.

For the chocolate orange dip: 200g milk chocolate, 2 oranges and 100ml milk.
