Matt Tebbutt served up delicious baked sweet potato churros with chocolate orange dipping sauce on Go Veggie and Vegan.
The ingredients are: 100g butter, 120ml water, 180g plain flour, 3 whole eggs, 125g small, sweet potato (cooked), 150g caster sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.
For the chocolate orange dip: 200g milk chocolate, 2 oranges and 100ml milk.
