John Torode and Lisa Faulkner served up tasty ricotta-filled courgette spirals with tomato sauce on John and Lisa’s Weekend Kitchen.

The ingredients are: 4 courgettes, Olive oil, 500g ricotta, 50g parmesan, finely grated, plus extra for the topping, 1 egg, beaten, Salt and pepper, 500g homemade tomato sauce.
