Simon Rimmer served up tasty Baked Orzo with Chicken and Prawns on Sunday Brunch.
the ingredients are: 1 diced onion, 1 diced carrot, 1 diced red pepper, 2 cloves sliced garlic, Tbs smoked paprika, Tbs tomato puree, 300g orzo pasta, 600ml chicken stock, 100g peas, 200g peeled and deveined king prawns, 200g finely sliced raw chicken, Tsp each – dried oregano, marjoram, basil and 24 blush tomatoes.
Garnish with chopped parsley, lemon and garlic mayo.
