The ingredients include: Egg yolks, sugar, cornflour, cream, stem ginger syrup, vanilla, orange zest, nutmeg, milk, tinned pears, rum, Jamaican ginger cake, whipped cream, stem ginger, toasted almonds and gingerbread men to decorate.
