Brian Turner served up tasty pan fried honey glazed duck breasts with leeks and a chestnut and Madeira sauce for the festive season on Ainsley’s Christmas Good Mood Food.

The ingredients for the duck include: 2 duck breast, salt, pepper and honey.

For the creamed leeks: fresh leeks, butter, chicken stock and double cream.

For the sauce: butter, shallots, white wine, Madeira wine, chicken stock, juice from the duck pan, chestnuts and parsley.
