James Martin served up sticky sausages, spiced nuts and peppermint chocolates for Christmas on James Martin’s Saturday Kitchen.
The ingredients for the sticky sausages: 40 best quality cocktail sausages, 1 jar mango chutney and 1 jar grain mustard.
For the spiced nuts: 500g mixed nuts, 2 egg whites, 1 tbs curry powder and 1 tbs sea salt.
For the peppermint chocolates: 500g dark chocolate, melted, 100g demerara sugar and Few drops peppermint essence.
