James Martin served up tasty wild mushroom ravioli with tarragon and Madeira sauce on James Martin’s Saturday Morning.

The ingredients for the pasta are: 500g OO flour, 500g semolina flour and 7 large eggs (This will make a lot of pasta which can be frozen).

For the filling: 400g wild mushrooms, finely chopped and dry fried, 100g mascarpone and Few sprigs of tarragon.

For the sauce: 100ml madeira, 200ml vegetable stock, 100ml double cream and Knob of butter.
