The ingredients are: 4 x 150g bream fillets, Oil and butter to fry, 1 sliced shallot, 2 cloves garlic, sliced, 300g fine beans, blanched, 75g edamame beans, 75g butter, Tbs red wine vinegar, Handful samphire, About 12 pitted large green olives and Serve with parsley.
