Jansson’s temptation with pork chops recipe by Niklas Ekstedt on Saturday kitchen

Niklas Ekstedt served up a tasty Swedish Jansson’s temptation with pork chops on Saturday kitchen.

The ingredients are: 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 large onion, thinly sliced, 1 tin Swedish anchovies, brine reserved, 100ml full-fat milk, 300ml double cream, 1 tbsp light brown sugar, 6 tbsp unsalted butter, 4 large Maris Piper potatoes, peeled and grated, 50g fresh breadcrumbs, salt and freshly ground black pepper.

For the pork chops: 2 tbsp olive oil and 4 pork chops.
