Simon Rimmer lamb sausages and spicy lentils recipe on Sunday Brunch

Simon Rimmer served up tasty lamb sausages and spicy lentils on Sunday Brunch.

The ingredients are: 12 x lamb sausages (or your very favourite sausages), 1 onion, sliced, 3 cloves garlic, 2 chopped red chillis, Tbs smoked paprika, 1 diced red pepper, Tbs cumin, Tsp turmeric, 1 diced carrot, 2 sticks celery, chopped, 300g uncooked, washed puy lentils, 650ml chicken stock, Zest 1 lemon, Heaped tbs tom puree, 1 Tbs chopped rosemary, Garnish with parsley and sour cream.
